Talenti In Campus promotes the successful entrance of the undergraduate and graduate students into the labour market. It aims to enhance skills of young people thanks to guidance and training courses, both in class and at a distance.

The physical desk, located at the Economics Faculty in Sapienza University in Rome, will be a point of reference that offers job placement services, with the aim of helping students to move around in the complex labor market, preparing them for an interview, to support the drafting of a CV or a business plan.

At the same time, this portal will be a gateway to a series of documents, slides, videos and other materials, that are necessary for the training and professional growth of each Talent in Campus participant.

Finally, participating at the Rome Campuses, lasting 3 days, or itinerant (1 day), it is also a unique and stimulating learning experiences.

The format designed includes activities such as professional orientation, job interviews, business games, company presentations, panels, seminars and job placement actions through face-to-face meetings and talks between talents and companies.
